This South Melbourne, 1 bedroom apartment with a car park space is a stone’s throw to Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and Albert Park, home of the Australian Grand Prix. South Melbourne Market is just a 1.3km, 10 minute walk which is a foodie’s haven. You are also just a 2 minute walk to either a tram stop or light rail station, making it easy to travel. 

This apartment is well suited to a couple’s getaway or a corporate stay, only 2km’s from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The main bedroom features a plush queen bed, small TV and DVD player as well as a shower and a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi throughout. 

Relax at the apartment on the impressive deck with views and BBQ for outdoor dining or cook up a delicious meal in the surprisingly well-stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave plus more. There is also a combined washing machine and clothes dryer. 

The living zone features a split system air conditioning and heating unit which flows well into all areas of the apartment. The futon lounge converts to a bed for a 3rd guest suitable for a child, with prime viewing of the Sony HD TV with DVD player and DVD library.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: E
xcess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also. 

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay

Awesome location. Perfect for couples, great to get around nice places such as the CBD , south melbourne market. The jacaranda trees around the neighbour was such a lovely scene. Lisa’s apartment has got everything you need from BBQ to all sorts of cutlery. A balcony where you can enjoy look at the beautiful sunset was also really unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone.

I loved the location - it's close to the tram, the city and the beach. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living area is comfortable and light. The bed is also comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean and compact apartment, perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day. We were attending an event, but had no need to move our vehicle once we’d arrived as we were so close to trams.

The apartment was located in such a great spot of South Melbourne. Quiet residential street, a 15 minute walk to the markets and Albert Park tram stop right there! Perfect size for 2 people staying for a long weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

Good location and the place was comfortable. Perfect size for couple. The only problem was I couldn't find any hair dryer in the house and the key for main door was hard to use.

Great location, this compact unit has everything space is tight for storage of clothes maybe a floor plan should be provided. The kitchen has every modern con needed if cooking, we did have a problem with the heating and the owner not contacting us but we did let that lapse and just wore a few more layers. Management response was prompt at all times and very helpful. Internet was good too. Overall would stay again when back in Melbourne.

Extremely happy with the accommodations and convenient booking process. From start to finish, the service staff was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my inquires.
