Enjoy being based in the great location of Fitzroy. This 3 bedroom, pet friendly, apartment with sun-soaked balcony and car park is an easy walk to some of Melbourne's best attractions such as the Melbourne Museum plus numerous cafes and bars. It is also near galleries, theatres, major hospitals as well as some of Melbourne finest parks and of course sporting complexes.

The open planned living room, dining area and kitchen make city living a breeze. With all the modern comforts including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 burner induction stovetop and compact microwave steam oven allow you to cook up some great meals for all. There is central heating throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom, plus Air conditioning in the lounge room. 

The large cosy couch is great to curl up on and watch a movie or simply lounge and read one of the many books available. There is also a European Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer which is handy for longer stays.

Colour pop is on the 1st floor of a 3 level apartment complex, stair access only. Your dedicated car park space is located outside.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay

  • A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Bathroom Configuration
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, and European Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. 

Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. 

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste on the balcony so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $40 fee applies.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm - 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation.  Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $140 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: 
Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Perfect The place was a joy, great location, so easy for fitzroy, collingwood, abbotsford, 5 days saw more of Melbourne than i ever have whilst avoiding CBD and chain shops. great funky house. Really comfy beds, great shower, outside space, and they allow dogs . Key collection with someone meeting you is such a great idea makes it simple getting into house and gentleman is lovely and funny. Made sure we knew about heating, departure, wifi, Such a great welcome. Definitely one to return to.

5 stars! Peaceful two bedroom bungalow with large kitchen, modern bathroom and ducted heating. Central location for easy walk to local parks or very short drive to cafes. Walk to West Brunswick trams or $30 Uber to city. On street free parking. Highly commended stay.

The apartment was perfect: the ultimate Melbourne location just off Gertrude and Smith streets in Fitzroy, clean as a whistle, incredibly comfortable beds, great shower, light-filled living areas with plenty of space to chat or barbecue on the balcony. I just wish I could live there.
