Perfectly set up for families, executives or couples and friends travelling together. This property is close to some of Melbourne major attractions such as The Zoo, The Museum and Abbotsford Convent. Its fabulous location means it’s only a short walk to some fantastic bars and great restaurants on Brunswick St and Lygon St. There are also plenty of vegan, vegetarian, organic and gluten free options in this area!

The kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan living at its best, with stunning floor to ceiling windows opening out onto the spacious outdoor courtyard. Enjoy cooking up a meal in the well set up kitchen with modern appliances and being able to see the sun streaming in. The butler’s pantry is cleverly concealed with a wooden wall panel which also houses the European laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer. Perfect for those longer stays.

The courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining with built in gas BBQ, 6-seater outdoor setting and large shade umbrella for those balmy summer days.

Enjoy unlimited NBN Wi-Fi throughout and Apple TV in the loungeroom and on the TV in the master bedroom. Lie back and catch some rays or read a book on the sun lounge on the upstairs deck which is off the second bedroom. Upstairs also features a study nook.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee.

Tram Stop – Alexandra pde/Nicholson st, 300m, 3min walk. Straight to City including MCG

Train Station – Collingwood Station 3km or Jewell station 3.1km

It is approx. 13min tram ride from Alexandra pde/Brunswick st to Melbourne CBD. There are numerous tram stops which are easily accessible.

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $190 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (Inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies, please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. We loved every moment of our stay. Tremendous communication from the moment of booking all the way through our time in Melbourne. The house is located in a quiet street in Carlton north, a quick walk to the trams, and right across the road from a great little pub!!!!! The house itself has been really tastefully renovated with beautiful bathrooms, open lounge and kitchen area, and possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! We will definitely be staying again the next time we come to Melbourne.
