This lovely modern apartment in the prime location of South Yarra, boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generous double balcony that your main bedroom and living area flow out onto. It is the perfect choice for the couples, small families, business travellers, and friends that get together needing this outstanding location for work or play. We are also pet friendly, so we welcome small dogs to stay (more information below). 

This urban garden ambience is a perfect balance of modern apartment city vibe softened with a touch of nature with soft furnishings and greenery bringing life to the Apartment. Must haves are all here such as free Wi-Fi, 55” Smart LED TV, Netflix, powerful split system with heating and cooling, a comfy 2-seater couch and separate armchair and a 4 seater dining room table with views across the horizon. Take advantage of the generous balcony and outdoor setting and relax while sipping on your favourite drink. 

It also has a kitchen with the modern necessities including a stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee machine and fridge, well catered for a longer stay or even just a few nights. There is also a hidden washing machine and clothes dryer. 

A secure underground car spot is all yours if you are intending to bring a car at no additional charge. You are a short walk to literally everything and within a 3 minute walk you will find yourself on Chapel Street where you can wine and dine your way through an array of bars and restaurants to suit all occasions and vibes. Foodies revel in the famous Prahran Market and indulge in copious amounts of cheeses, breads, fruits and fresh fish at the Claringbolds – seafood supplier to the best Melbourne restaurants. Catch a film at Palace Cinemas Como just a short 5-minute walk away.

Take an easy stroll down to the banks of the iconic Yarra River situated 600 metres down the street and you will find yourself in eyes view of Herring Island. Easily accessed in the summer weekends by public boat for BBQ facilities or for nature and art lovers to immerse in the captivating natural sculptures. For the active, there are ample trails and paths situated along the waters edge catering for the walkers, joggers and cyclists.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. Sorry, no cats allowed.
Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.  Please note there is no grassed area as it is on level 4 and only has a balcony. There are plenty of open spaces nearby including South Yarra Siding Reserve which is 280 metres away, a perfect spot to take your dog for a stroll. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste on the balcony so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $40 fee applies.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee. 

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $125 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. 
If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

'We loved staying at this apartment. It was so convenient to transportation, groceries, restaurants and cafes and so much that Melbourne has to offer. We were here for several weeks and shopped at Prahran Market, and grabbed anything additional we needed at one of the two groceries super close to the apartment. Michael was lovely and met us early for check in, helped when we had a minor issue and when we needed to stay longer. The apartment itself is light filled, and great for families as one bedroom can split into two beds. The deck was great with a large table. Thanks for the great stay!'

We travelled over from Perth, Western Australia for The Grand Final and had the most wonderful few days in Melbourne, staying at your South Yarra apartment. Everything was just perfect, with regards to the accommodation provided. And on top of that, it was just a short walking distance to every possible thing we could have wanted. While we were there. Faultless. Could not pick a fault, even if I wanted to!

'The location of the place is spectacular, just a 10 min train ride away from Melbourne CBD. The place is sparkling clean and perfect for an intimate stay with family/friends. Great value for money. Clean, modern apartment, in an excellent location with supermarket, restaurants, shops etc a stone’s throw away. Few properties in the area provided a car park which this property did, and what we were looking for.
