You have access to a gym, lap pool as well as secure undercover parking for 1 car. It's only 250m walk to the beach and we don’t ask you to leave your other best friend at home as we are pet friendly and welcome small dogs to join you. Why wouldn’t we with the beach, walking tracks and a multitude of parks in the area?

You can easily cook and self cater in the kitchen with all the modern necessities including stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of pots and pans. Enjoy dining indoors on the stunning industrial style concrete topped 6 seater dining table. Alternatively, dine alfresco in the courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ. You can access the courtyard either from the living room or master bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in robes. 

Bring along your favourite music to play through the 320 watt Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Sound system. Keep enjoying yourself by choosing one of the many movies to watch on the 42" smart LED TV through Netflix with unlimited free Wi-Fi. There is a powerful split system with heating and cooling in the living room. The modest bathroom has a shower and toilet plus a European Laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. 

The Apartment building underwent redevelopment to preserve the heritage facade of the building from the 1800’s when it was an old brewery. Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens create that relaxing away from it all feel. Peace and serenity, as you do laps of the communal pool or work out in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.

Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. Sorry no cats allowed.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.

Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. There is no grassed area in the property so clean up also refers to the common area of the gardens. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $40 fee applies.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm - 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation.  Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $125 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Public Transport

Located only 5 km from the CBD it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the City.

By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20 minutes).

By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street to (about 25 minutes).


Getting around and where to go

A 2 minute walk and you will be at the beach. Set yourself up with a coffee or glass of wine at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront Port Melbourne and people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international cruise ships dock.

  • Gas Works Art Park

Take a quick walk to this popular arts complex which includes two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café and much more. Dogs are free to run around the park in the off leash areas. Take the kids to the playground whilst you enjoy a picnic, BBQ or take a jog on the walking track. You will love spending Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market on the grass soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and sampling the very best of local Victorian produce. (Every 3rd Saturday of the month)

  • A bit about Port Melbourne

The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River. Open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge. Port Melbourne has undergone a major demographic shift in the past twenty years, from one of the cheapest and poorest suburbs in the City to one of the wealthiest. Many large apartment developments in Port Melbourne occupy large blocks of land, taking over large factories and warehouses such as the Urban Sea Drift Apartment development.

Bring your designer gear and stroll (or jog) down the palm-lined path that hugs runs along the foreshore. Deviate past architect-designed houses and the high-rise apartment blocks overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Step back from the beach to Bay Street. Quality coffee and the best French provisions at Noisette. Shop up a storm at Bay Street's swanky boutiques and absorb a spot of culture at MARS Gallery. The plethora of bars will set you up with frothy beers (boutique, naturally) and top-notch pub grub.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. 
If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

'My partner, toddler, dog and I had a great four week stay in the apartment. Easy and efficient check in process. Good size apartment for a long term stay. Courtyard was great for some BBQs. Great to have a car park, internet and washer/dryer included. Fantastic location! So close to the beach and half way between Bay St, Port Melbourne and Victoria Ave, Albert Park. Would highly recommend!'

Well positioned for access to Port Melbourne, St Kilda and the city. This apartment had everything we needed, even a secure parking spot. The lifts seemed to be having problems, however building management were on the case so no need to report. Michael who meet us was a good welcome and happy to share local knowledge.
